1. Service Description
BookingYou is a booking management platform connecting service providers (merchants) with customers, letting customers browse businesses and make bookings.
2. User Responsibilities
Provide true and accurate personal information
Keep your login credentials secure
Arrive on time; notify the merchant in advance if cancelling
Do not abuse or interfere with the service
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Provide accurate service info, address and prices
Honour confirmed bookings on time
Handle cancellations and refunds properly
Treat customers professionally and respectfully
4. Limitation of Liability
As a booking intermediary, BookingYou is not responsible for:
Disputes between merchants and customers
The quality of services provided by merchants
Losses arising from cancellations or no-shows
5. Account Termination
If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified in the app. Continued use means you accept the modified Terms.

Hadir tepat masa; maklumkan peniaga lebih awal jika membatalkan
Jangan salah guna atau ganggu perkhidmatan
3. Tanggungjawab Peniaga
Berikan maklumat perkhidmatan, alamat dan harga yang tepat
Tunaikan tempahan yang disahkan tepat masa
Uruskan pembatalan dan bayaran balik dengan betul
Layan pelanggan secara profesional dan hormat
4. Had Liabiliti
Sebagai perantara tempahan, BookingYou tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap:
Pertikaian antara peniaga dan pelanggan
Kualiti perkhidmatan yang diberikan peniaga
Kerugian akibat pembatalan atau ketidakhadiran
5. Penamatan Akaun
Jika anda melanggar Terma ini, kami berhak menggantung atau menamatkan akaun anda tanpa notis.
6. Perubahan Terma
Kami boleh mengubah Terma ini pada bila-bila masa. Perubahan akan dimaklumkan dalam aplikasi. Penggunaan berterusan bermakna anda menerima Terma yang diubah.

1. Mô tả dịch vụ
BookingYou là nền tảng quản lý đặt chỗ kết nối nhà cung cấp dịch vụ (doanh nghiệp) với khách hàng, cho phép khách hàng xem thông tin và đặt chỗ.
2. Trách nhiệm người dùng
Cung cấp thông tin cá nhân trung thực, chính xác
Bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập
Đến đúng giờ; thông báo trước cho doanh nghiệp nếu hủy
Không lạm dụng hoặc gây cản trở dịch vụ
3. Trách nhiệm doanh nghiệp
Cung cấp thông tin dịch vụ, địa chỉ và giá chính xác
Thực hiện các đặt chỗ đã xác nhận đúng giờ
Xử lý hủy và hoàn tiền đúng cách
Đối xử với khách hàng chuyên nghiệp và tôn trọng
4. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Là bên trung gian đặt chỗ, BookingYou không chịu trách nhiệm về:
Tranh chấp giữa doanh nghiệp và khách hàng
Chất lượng dịch vụ do doanh nghiệp cung cấp
Thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc hủy hoặc không đến
5. Chấm dứt tài khoản
Nếu bạn vi phạm các Điều khoản này, chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản của bạn mà không cần thông báo.
6. Thay đổi điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể sửa đổi các Điều khoản này bất cứ lúc nào. Thay đổi sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận các Điều khoản đã sửa đổi.
